Pere created this campaign for NewRez Mortgage, one of America's largest mortgage servicer. It's a tough ask to have a customer refi a mortgage when their existing rate is way under the current rates. The message we crafted was, basically while mortgage rates are high, they're still 75% less than prevailing credit card interest rates which are nearing 30%. The campaign shows people in a place they want to be in life due to the Newrez value-proposition and what NewRez can offer a financial partner. This campaign never did run, though we find it truly worthy for public consumption whether it be paid-media or in social media or an email campaign.
